We are currently recruiting a ServiceNow platform Architect (m/f) - Hybrid (Brussels) for integration in our internal team/client.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Architect: Experience as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect.
• ITIL and Integration: Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations.
• Implementation: Experienced in leading at least a couple of Implementation projects in ITSM area and one complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow.
• Deployments and Integrations: Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, experience on integration with other third-party tools.
• Migration and Consolidations: Experience on ITSM migration / consolidations.
• Project Management: Strong work experience in projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations.
• Mentorship: Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance to the team.
• Technical Design: Design technical solutions based on customer requirements and convert to functional requirements.
• Requirements Review: Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.
• Compliance: Maintains and reviews license data in ServiceNow and proactively report on compliance slippage.
• Certifications: Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, and ITIL V3 foundation.
• Communication: Liaison with ServiceNow Representatives.

Requirements

• Hard Skills:
  • Experience as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect.
  • Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations.
  • Experienced in leading at least a couple of Implementation projects in ITSM area and one complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow deployments.
  • Experience on integration with other third-party tools.
  • Experience on ITSM migration / consolidations.

  • Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance to the team.

  • Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards.
  • Maintains and reviews license data in ServiceNow and proactively report on compliance slippage.
  • Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, and ITIL V3 foundation.
  • Liaison with ServiceNow Representatives.
