About the Position

We’re seeking a ServiceNow expert who excels in deciphering client business goals and effortlessly translates them into precise technical requirements. Your expertise spans Agile frameworks, DevOps models, and a proven track record with POC approaches. Beyond that, you bring valuable experience in seamlessly navigating both traditional waterfall methods and cutting-edge methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions
• Provide guidance and advice to customers and team members
• Mentor the team by supporting colleagues and demonstrating best practices
• Translate client business goals into technical requirements
• Navigate both traditional and modern methodologies

Requirements

• At least five years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Strong communication and technical skills
• Ability to lead workshops and gather customer requirements effectively
• Module specific competence, ideally with HR and/or IRM modules
• Fluency in Norwegian and English
