About the Position

Our client is a leading Spanish IT services company specializing in digital transformation, cloud solutions, and enterprise software implementations. In ISG, we are seeking a top-tier ServiceNow Solutions Architect to drive innovative platform architectures and client success for them.

About the Role

Join a dynamic team responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. You will provide technical leadership, guide integrations, and deliver elegant designs that optimize processes and elevate stakeholder experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of ServiceNow process flows, integrations, and applications with advanced platform expertise.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and collaborate on creative, simple solutions.
  • Present technical architectures to project teams and stakeholders; facilitate workshops and client consultations.
  • Assist in technical story writing, QA reviews, and full project lifecycle from requirements to documentation.
  • Support pre-sales (scoping, estimates, SOWs), thought leadership (blogs, webinars), and enterprise implementations.
  • Establish architectural standards, best practices, and innovative ideas aligned with industry processes like ITIL.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
  • CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification (mandatory).
  • 3+ CIS certifications + CAD (desired); CTA certification (desired).
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform, ITSM/ITOM/CMDB, integrations (REST/SOAP), and process automation.

  • Thought leadership to innovate and influence strategic directions.
