Responsibilities
- Installations, maintenance, and repairs of franking, enveloping, and mail intake systems and printers
- On-site customer consultation
- Support in process optimizations and change processes
- Escalation handling
- Intensive customer relationship management
- Collaboration with sales to generate additional orders
Requirements
Personal Skills:
- High degree of initiative
- High customer orientation
- Communication skills
- Goal-oriented and self-responsible working style
Education / Qualification:
- Completed, technically-oriented education with a focus on office machines, electrical engineering, or information electronics
- Good PC skills
- Very good English skills in speech and writing
