About the Role

• Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, conversion, regular maintenance, and repair of inspection machines.
• Technical Support: Ensure timely and professional technical service for our international clients.
• Training: Provide on-site training for users on the operation and functionality of the machines.
• Sales Support: Offer technical advice to support sales of our service offerings.
• Documentation: Document service activities.

Requirements

• Education: Completed vocational training in a technical field, preferably mechatronics, image processing, electrical engineering, or information electronics.
• Experience: Initial professional experience is desirable.
• Skills: Analytical skills, structured and independent working style, strong customer/service orientation, and good communication skills.
• Languages: Good written and spoken English.
• Technical Skills: Good PC skills.
• Travel: High willingness to travel (Class B or 3 driving license).
• Attributes: Passionate, engaged, and flexible.
