Your mission: You ensure the seamless operation of our systems throughout the DACH region with our installation team.

We are looking for support in the Central Germany area.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting: Together with your colleagues from the installation team, you ensure that our systems (consisting of machines, cameras, signage, and other components) run smoothly for the customer. You identify causes of errors and resolve malfunctions independently on-site.
Customer Orientation: On-site, you are the face of Peter Park - friendly, solution-oriented, and with a sense of what the customer really needs.
Collaboration: You coordinate closely with other teams (e.g., Customer Success, Project Management) to ensure smooth operations for the customer.
Varied Daily Routine: You are out in the field and encounter very different customers, parking areas, and problem situations.

Requirements

Education: You have successfully completed training as an electrician/electrical installer or a comparable background (e.g., further education as an electrical specialist).
Professional Experience: Initial experience as a service technician or in customer service is a big plus.
Technical Understanding: You have a good technical understanding and are not satisfied with "it will do".
IT Skills: Good basic IT knowledge is part of your daily routine.
Mindset: Team spirit, flexibility, and independence in thinking and action characterize you; you keep your overview even when something goes wrong and work purposefully, pragmatically, and proactively towards a sustainable solution.
Driver's License: You hold a class B driver's license (trailer driving license is advantageous).
Language Skills: Good German language skills and a basic understanding of English are required.

Work Setup

40 hours per week (trust-based)
Indefinite employment contract
Work location: Start from home, deployment area: Central Germany
Willingness to travel: The goal is for you to be home in the evening - for more distant assignments, you bring the flexibility for approx. 1-2 overnight stays per week
Team: 7 colleagues
