About the Position
Servicetechniker Palettieren & Verpacken (m/w/d)
Location: Rödermark, Germany
Role Overview:
As a Servicetechniker Palettieren & Verpacken (m/w/d), you will be a key part of the service and project environment at BEUMER Group. You will ensure that palletizing and packaging systems operate reliably, safely, and efficiently worldwide. With your technical expertise, customer-oriented approach, and interest in modern technology, you will significantly contribute to long-term customer satisfaction and the success of international projects.
Responsibilities
- Conducting maintenance, inspection, and repair work on palletizing and packaging systems
- Analyzing and resolving technical issues while adhering to all safety guidelines
- Replacing, repairing, and optimizing mechanical and electrical components
- Training customers and technicians in operation, maintenance, and preventive measures
- Providing advice on spare parts and optimizing system availability
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through professional and solution-oriented dialogue
- Utilizing digital tools and modern technologies such as AR/VR to support service operations
- Documenting service operations, repairs, and customer interactions in modern software systems
Requirements
- Successfully completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international environment
- Good mechanical and electrical knowledge and experience in reading circuit diagrams
- Practical experience in the installation, maintenance, and service of machines, preferably in the palletizing and packaging sector
- Strong customer orientation and empathetic, proactive communication
- Interest in developing leadership skills and taking on responsibility in the future
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Internationally valid driver's license
- Very good German and good English language skills
