About the Position

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team and support our technical equipment.

About Us

We are a network of office supplies supermarkets «ОЛІВЕЦЬ-МОЛОДЕЦЬ» and «KPI PRINT» print centers.

📌 We have been working steadily in the market for over 15 years 📌 We have 12 locations and continue to scale even in challenging conditions 📌 We combine retail, printing, and work with corporate clients

We are currently looking for a Service Engineer who will be a key person in supporting and developing our technical base.

Main Focus of Work:

• BFP Konica Minolta
• Laser printers HP (600 series and analogs)
• Inkjet equipment (prevention and maintenance)

Responsibilities:

• Diagnostics and repair of office equipment (replacement of rollers, units, development blocks, etc.)
• Regular maintenance of Konica Minolta (cleaning optics, mirrors, transfer units)
• Work with models: C224e, C308, C250i
• Repair of HP / Kyocera printers:
  • Replacement of thermal films (fuser units)
  • Oven maintenance
• Inkjet equipment maintenance:
  • Cleaning print heads
  • Working with SCNC
  • Cleaning absorbers
• Refilling and restoring cartridges
• Record keeping and accounting of consumables

Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience with Konica Minolta (knowledge of the service menu and error codes will be a plus)
• Can repair oven units (thermal film, bushings, thermal paste)
• Understands the principles of inkjet printing (Canon / Epson / HP)
• Neat in work (toner, ink, order)
• Responsible and systematic
