Currently, we have an open vacancy for a Service Engineer (MFP) in Kharkiv, who will install, maintain, and repair our equipment and solutions, including printing equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Performing repairs and maintenance of MFPs (multifunction devices)
  • Promptly solving repair tasks
  • Supporting clients
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues and malfunctions in MFPs

Requirements

  • Secondary or higher technical education
  • Knowledge of the basics of MFP operation
  • Knowledge of PC operation basics
  • Knowledge of digital printing technology basics (preferred)
  • Knowledge of color management basics (preferred)
  • Understanding of local networks
  • English language: reading and understanding technical documentation
  • Driver's license category B and driving experience of at least 2 years
