About the Position

SharePoint & Visual Design Lead

In Cracow, Poland (with remote work and occasional office visits), we are looking for a professional to drive end-to-end SharePoint projects from concept to delivery. This role involves designing SharePoint architecture and user experience, creating high-quality visual materials, and proactively managing stakeholders. You will ensure consistency across all deliverables while leveraging modern tools, including AI, to enhance communication and content effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the SharePoint project end-to-end (from concept to delivery).
• Design and implement SharePoint architecture, structure, and user experience.
• Create high-quality presentations and visual assets aligned with brand standards.
• Proactively manage stakeholders, provide updates, and propose solutions and improvements.
• Ensure consistency of visual identity and content quality across all deliverables.
• Leverage modern tools (including AI) to enhance content and communication effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven ability to independently design, structure, and build SharePoint environments from scratch (architecture, content structure, and visual direction).
• Strong visual design expertise with the ability to create high-quality, polished presentations and branded digital assets.
• High level of ownership and proactivity – ability to define next steps, propose solutions, and drive workstreams independently.
• Experience in end-to-end project management (planning, execution, delivery) with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into clear, structured outputs.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered tools, especially Synthesia or similar video creation platforms.
• Background in visual storytelling, branding, and communication strategy.
• Experience working on SharePoint transformation or digital workplace projects.
