SharePoint Online and Viva Connections SME - Remote

Responsibilities

• Deep experience in SharePoint Online administration, configuration, governance, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive Cards creation, publishing, and integration into Teams and SharePoint
• Proficient in SPFx development and extending web parts and custom solutions
• Expertise in designing and implementing Viva Connections dashboards, feeds, and web parts
• Knowledge of Viva Engage & Viva Amplify
• Ability to customize modern SharePoint sites, manage site collections, permissions, and compliance
• Demonstrated expertise in user adoption strategies, governance, and best practices for large enterprises
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for SharePoint Online, Viva Connections, and integrated M365 services
• Ability to educate and guide business stakeholders on enhanced search, AI, and adaptive card solutions
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
