About the Position
Shopify Engineer（Shopify エンジニア）
AnyMind Groupのブランドコマース事業では、国内外の大手ナショナルクライアントを中心に、クライアントの事業成長を実現する総合的なデジタルマーケティングソリューションを提供しています。現在、ブランドコマース事業が急成長しており、ビューティーケアや家電製品のグローバルブランドを日本・アジア全域に展開しています。事業が急拡大する中で、Shopifyを中心としたECストアの構築・運用・改善ニーズが急増しており、より高度なエンジニアリングと、データ活用による成長加速が求められています。そこで今回、事業部の「ど真ん中」に入り込み、ShopifyとデータテクノロジーでECの売上・体験を最大化する「Shopifyエンジニア」を募集します。
Mission
「Shopify実装の力で、ブランドECの売上と顧客体験を最大化する」
ストアのUI/UX改善からタグ設計・データ計測基盤の構築まで、Shopifyに関わる技術実装を一手にリードしていただきます。マーケターやEC運用者の「こうしたい」を素早く形にし、施策の効果を数字で証明できる環境を整えることがこのポジションのコアミッションです。
Responsibilities
1. Shopify Store Construction and Development
- General construction and operation of Shopify stores
- Theme editing / Minor customization of Liquid
- App selection, implementation, and configuration management
- Updating and managing products, content, and pages
2. Measurement and Tag Setting
- Design and implementation of the data layer
- Advanced event tracking design using Shopify Pixel, GTM, and GA4
- Implementation of server-side tagging
3. Site Improvement
- Implementation of UI/UX improvement, LPO, and CRO measures
- Coordination and requirement sharing with system vendors and internal staff

Requirements
- Experience in constructing and operating Shopify stores
- Basic management experience with theme editing and app installation
- Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS
- Experience with tag installation and measurement settings using GTM and GA4
- Experience in coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience in setting up ad measurement using Shopify Pixel
- Experience in creating reports using Google Looker Studio
- Experience in setting up Meta / Google ads
- Experience in implementing UI/UX improvement, LPO, and CRO
- Experience in minor customization of Liquid
Desired Profile
- "Hands-on" attitude: Someone who can quickly respond to detailed setting changes and content updates.
- Self-motivated: Someone who can identify store improvement points on their own and propose and implement solutions.
- Enjoys learning tools: Someone who is positive about catching up with and mastering new tools like Shopify and GTM.
