About the Position

Shopify Webmaster

We are seeking a Shopify Webmaster to manage daily online store operations, optimize UX, and ensure a smooth customer experience for a global beverage brand.

  • Location: Remote, Poland
  • Contract: Permanent - B2B or Contract of Employment
  • Salary: Up to 4,000 EUR monthly
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Working hours: Full-time; availability during US EST hours is a plus

About the Role

We are looking for an E-commerce Product Operations Manager / Shopify Webmaster to manage daily online store operations, support website improvements, and help deliver a smooth customer experience across markets.

This is a fully remote, hands-on role requiring strong ownership, good communication, and excellent time management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily online store operations across markets.
  • Update website content, upload products, set promotions, and maintain catalog accuracy.
  • Monitor websites to ensure a smooth and error-free shopping experience.
  • Support UX/UI improvements, customer journey optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Perform QA testing, identify bugs, document issues, and coordinate fixes.
  • Work closely with product, development, analytics, design, and market teams.
  • Support digital projects from requirements to launch validation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, product catalogs, promotions, and website content management.
  • Basic technical skills and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Good understanding of customer journey, UX/UI, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent English and strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with multi-market or global e-commerce operations.
  • Availability to overlap with US EST working hours.
  • Experience with A/B testing, analytics, or conversion optimization.
