Responsibilities
- Gain deep insight in three challenging work assignments within the Finance / Commercial Function over two years
- Work abroad at one of our 1,700 international businesses

Other Responsibilities
- Commercial excellence throughout the entire value chain and collaboration across different functions
- New business model around digital platform and AI capabilities
- Customer contract management, with data analysis and continuous improvement
- Process digitalization and automation – program-based assignment
Requirements
- Graduated above average in your master’s studies (or equivalent)
- Master’s degree in a relevant field of Finance
- At least 6 months’ international experience (studying/working/living)
- 6 months-3 years of work experience including relevant internships or student placements
- Excellent command of your local language as well as English
- Aspiration to develop a global leadership role and openness to cross-country assignments
Other Requirements
- Good accounting and finance know-how
- Business model and commercial contract knowledge
- Solid data analytic skills, and experience using AI tools will be preferred
