Responsibilities

• Gain insight into various business functions at SI EA China.
• Learn business across all operating companies of SI EA China.
• Be responsible for challenging projects and tasks in EA PLM/PPM team.
• Be assigned for challenging AI/digital projects and tasks in SI EA China.
• Spend 6-8 months on an assignment at a SI EA location outside China.
• Build a valuable network across SI EA and Siemens to support future career growth.
• Join the global SGP community.

Requirements

• An above-average Master's, Diploma, Doctoral Degree, or equivalent.
• Maximum of 2 years of working experience between/after bachelor and master graduation.
• Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying, working, or living.
• Flexibility and mobility, especially within the program duration.
• Excellent command of English.
• Major preferred in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical engineering, IT / AI.
• Good learning ability & structural thinking.
• Digital & growth mindset.
• Knowledge in medium & low voltage systems is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of sales & marketing.
• Basic programming skills and advanced Office skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Open-minded, highly motivated, and ready to take on challenges.

Designed as an intensive and internationally oriented two-year program, the SGP will prepare you for future leadership tasks, offering both flexibility and diverse work experiences. The program, which enables you to actively integrate your interests and your qualifications, consists of three to four challenging assignments. At least one of these assignments will take place abroad at one of our 1,700 international business locations. On this international rotation, you will learn about the local business and culture while taking on various responsibilities and project work.
