About the Position
We are seeking a SIGEKO Expert with at least 5 years of experience to ensure safety compliance on construction sites in Karlsruhe, Landau, and Pfalz-Region, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Development and Monitoring of HSE Plans: For example, SiGe-Pläne and Health & Safety Plans for contractors.
- Ensuring Compliance: With legal and international standards on construction sites.
- Coordination and Control: Of safety measures between different trades and contractors.
- Conducting Safety Briefings: And regular audits and site inspections.
- Incident Analysis: Of incidents, near misses, and unsafe situations, and developing effective prevention measures.
- Support for HSE-related Authority Visits: Such as inspections by regulatory authorities or professional associations.
- Review and Approval: Of contractors' safety concepts and monitoring their implementation.
- Ensuring Smooth Cooperation: At the interfaces between all stakeholders.
- Risk Identification and Minimization: On construction sites and in projects.
Requirements
Must-haves
- SIGEKO Experience: Minimum of 5 years.
- Construction Experience: Minimum of 5 years, preferably 10+ years.
- Industrial Experience: Required.
Nice-to-haves
- Chemical Process Engineering: Preferred.
