About the Position
Are you interested in automation, simulations, and virtual commissioning? We are looking for a Simulation Engineer to join our team in Plzeň, focused on technical and digitalization solutions for the food and beverage industry. The team works on projects that help optimize production, prepare production lines for real operation, and move industrial automation forward.
Responsibilities
- Creating simulation models in iPhysics and WinMOD
- Configuring and parameterizing simulation models
- Kinematization and signal mapping
- Creating templates, scripts, and macros for simulation models
- Preparing test racks - HMI, PLC, SIM PC, simulation unit
- Supporting colleagues during virtual commissioning
- Cooperating with an international team
- Occasional travel to Germany, always agreed in advance
Requirements
- Experience with PLC / automation
- Knowledge of or orientation in Simatic, TIA Portal, or Allen-Bradley
- Understanding of electrical schematics
- Experience with simulations, virtual commissioning, or a similar area
- Technical thinking and good 3D imagination
- English for communication in an international team
- Willingness to travel to Germany occasionally
Nice to Have
- Experience with iPhysics or WinMOD
- German language
- Experience from production, engineering, or R&D environment
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge
