About the Position

Freska, a leading home cleaning service founded in 2015, is seeking a proactive and versatile Content Marketer to join their marketing team in Helsinki, Finland. The role is pivotal in creating successful content for paid and organic social media, marketing emails, and campaign landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce effective content for paid and organic social media (Meta, Google, TikTok) from idea to publication.
• Write engaging marketing emails that attract different target groups and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the team to develop website content, aiming for the best possible conversion, user experience, and SEO/AI discoverability.
• Capture new content with your own hands: cleaners, customers, homes, and office life-sometimes stepping in front of the camera.
• Engage in social media interactions, responding to comments and private messages to foster the best possible experiences between our brand and people.

Requirements

• Proven track record of producing successful content for a brand, company, or strong personal channel-this is essential.
• Ability to independently, efficiently, and confidently manage the content production process from idea to final product.
• Fluency in Finnish and excellent writing skills, along with advanced proficiency in English.
• Comfortable behind and preferably in front of the camera when content requires it.
• Good intuition for what works and trends on social media, with the ability to translate this into effective content for the Freska brand.
• Self-motivated, systematic, and open to feedback.
• Experience using AI tools for content production to enhance your work or eagerness to learn and integrate them into your new role.

We Offer

• Starting salary of approximately 2800–3400 €/month (depending on experience and skills) with the possibility of a monthly bonus based on subscriber growth and revenue from your content.
