Responsibilities

• Technical support for company employees, both in the office and working remotely (no field service required).
• Management of accounts in Active Directory.
• Management of DHCP, DNS, and WDS services.
• Administration of RDS servers.
• Configuration of Windows OS.
• Configuration of various types and models of network equipment.
• Installation of various software.
• Maintenance and configuration of printers, scanners, etc.
• Block repair of PCs and laptops.
• Network installation.

Requirements

• Experience with Windows OS.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and basic diagnostics.
• Basic networking skills (router configuration, basic security).
• Ability to work with server OS and software (preferred, but the willingness to learn is key).
• Preference for residence on the left bank of Kyiv, but not mandatory.
