Responsibilities
- 90% clinical time and 10% administrative
- Ample opportunity to collaborate with other senior physician leaders throughout our organization to improve patient experience, clinical quality, and provider well-being
- Physician-led, patient-centered team-based environment
- Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care
- Behavioral health providers are integrated into the primary care teams

Requirements
- BC/BE in Pediatrics or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Active DEA License
- 5 plus years of clinical and direct supervisor/management experience

- Competitive salary range from $240,500 to $394,500 annually based on full-time employment
