Job Description

Every day, getting thousands of packages to the customer on time is only possible thanks to you. As a Site Engineer at BEUMER Group, you ensure that the sorting system runs continuously and that malfunctions are quickly resolved.

You will work in early, late, and night shifts that are known four weeks in advance, receive a fixed contract from day one, and earn up to €3,795 gross per month, excluding the irregularity allowance on top of that.

This is what you will do

You will work independently in early, late, or night shifts on-site at one of our customers in the Amersfoort region and be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will interact with customer employees, determine your approach during your shift, and can always ask for help from colleagues via group apps or the 24/7 hotline.

Your main tasks will include:

• Detecting and resolving malfunctions
• Performing preventive maintenance on sorting systems
• Analyzing system performance and malfunctions
• Recording malfunctions and activities in the BEUMER system

Job Requirements

You enjoy tackling challenges, are eager to learn, and always think in solutions. When faced with a malfunction, you stay calm and resolve it quickly while maintaining good contact with the customer's employees. Varied early, late, and night shifts make your work interesting, and you are flexible with deployment at different customer locations in the region.

Additionally, you possess:

• (Electro)technical knowledge or the willingness to learn
• Driver's license B and own transportation

During your onboarding period, you will be paired with a buddy who will guide you in 4 to 6 weeks, after which you can start working as an independent site engineer. Furthermore, you will receive:

• Salary between €2,939 and €3,795 gross per month on a full-time basis
• Irregularity allowance of 25%, 50%, or 100%
• Immediate fixed contract
