The Opportunity
We are looking to incorporate a Site Manager Industrial for a significant industrial project in Albacete.
This position is aimed at professionals with extensive experience in industrial construction, capable of leading the execution of complex works, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, timeline, and cost objectives.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a highly relevant project, collaborating with specialized teams and directly contributing to the success of the construction and commissioning of industrial facilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and control daily construction activities on-site.
- Verify compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate own work teams and contractors.
- Interpret plans, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Supervise civil, mechanical, electrical, and piping construction processes.
- Conduct quality inspections and manage punch lists.
- Prepare progress reports, photographic reports, and daily resource control.
- Resolve technical issues and propose improvements during the execution of the work.
- Participate in coordination meetings with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and Planning.
- Control materials, tools, resources, and adherence to schedules.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial construction (energy, oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, or large industrial plants).
- Experience in operational management of construction, production control, and quality control.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industrial execution methods.
- Advanced handling and interpretation of civil, mechanical, electrical plans, P&IDs, and isometrics.
- Knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, ACI, AWS, or equivalent standards.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and monitoring construction progress.
- Ability to prepare technical reports and follow-up documentation.
- Experience in EPC/EPCM projects [Desirable].
- Technical English proficiency [Desirable].
- Advanced Excel skills [Desirable].
