About this Position

At Henkel, we are looking for a Site Quality Leader (d/f/m) to join our team in Düsseldorf, Germany. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our production plant adheres to the highest quality standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

Implementing Henkel Company Quality standards and best industry practices in the daily operations of the production plant.
Leading the site quality program.
Direct leadership of the site quality team and indirect leadership across the site through consistent quality program implementation.
Setting high standards and driving their implementation.
Managing and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO, GMP, and company-specific requirements.
Analyzing quality-related KPIs and using data to identify improvement opportunities through structured root cause analysis.
Striving for ongoing improvement: digitization, staying in touch with current best practices, self-development, and plant team ongoing development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in quality or technical fields.
5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of quality leadership position in production.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Fluent language skills in German and English.
