About the Position
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. The role involves monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting, and collaborating with DevOps and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- 8-hour shifts
- Monitoring the infrastructure with several monitoring tools
- Ability to communicate clearly and escalate problems
- Performing preliminary investigation of alerts
- Conducting basic triage of requests/problems
- Interacting with DevOps and Engineering teams
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant System/IT Administration experience
- Hands-on experience in working with system monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog, Opsgenie)
- Good understanding of Windows Server 2022, 2019 administration principles
- Experience and knowledge of networks
- Troubleshooting skills
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell, Ansible
- Experience with MetaTrader
- Experience in the trading domain
