About the Position
Site Reliability Engineer
Warsaw | Up to 40% working from home possible | Reference 8133
We’re looking for a seasoned DevOps/SRE professional to drive automation, reliability, and operational excellence across our platforms. You will own CI/CD pipelines, release processes, incident response, and collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth, secure, and scalable delivery.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize automation over manual work; eliminate toil through tooling and process improvements.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to streamline delivery.
- Own release management and deployment processes.
- Design, build, and maintain team CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- 2nd-Level Support; handle incidents and problem management, participate in on-call rotations and respond to high-priority events.
- Dispatching and Coordination; prioritize and route tasks effectively, communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ownership and Seniority; bring seasoned expertise and technical judgment, take ownership of critical tasks and projects end-to-end.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus 5+ years in DevOps/SRE (ideally in containerized environments).
- Deep experience with Linux and containers (Docker, Podman, OpenShift/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tooling.
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and ability to work independently.
- Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
Skills
- CI/CD: GitLab CI, Ansible (experience building pipelines and automation), ArgoCD, Helm.
- Languages/Scripting: Java or C++, Python, Bash.
- Streaming/Data: Kafka (thorough knowledge).
- Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK.
- Databases/Directory: LDAP/OUD, MySQL.
