About the Position
We are Everstar, the first recruitment agency that helps miltech companies find talented individuals and collectively achieve victory.
We are currently looking for an SMM Growth Manager for our client, one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the defense needs of Ukraine.
The team focuses on the continuous improvement of aircraft characteristics, using new approaches and technologies. Our own production facilities allow us to quickly implement changes and ideas.
Responsibilities
- Independently develop and implement SMM strategies for several brands (from hypotheses to scaling working solutions).
- Plan and launch influencer campaigns: selecting creators, negotiations, briefing, and monitoring results.
- Be responsible for content plans and their effectiveness on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Generate and test creative hypotheses for growth (content + advertising: reach, engagement, conversions).
- Launch and optimize advertising campaigns on social media (Meta, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Analyze the effectiveness of content and advertising (reach, ER, CTR, CPC, conversions) and make data-driven decisions.
- Work with the creative team (design, copywriting, video) and coordinate them to achieve results.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SMM / influencer marketing with independent project management and running ad campaigns.
- Experience in launching and managing influencer campaigns (with measurable results).
- Practical experience with Ads Manager (Meta, TikTok, or other platforms).
- Understanding of key advertising metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and the ability to improve them.
- Ability to form clear briefs and manage the content production process.
- Experience with various content formats (reels, short-form video, UGC, collaborations).
- Ability to work with AI tools for research, content generation, and optimization.
- A sense of tone of voice and understanding of how to adapt it to different platforms.
- Openness to new things.
