About the Position
We are looking for an SMM Manager to join our team in Cyprus, Poland, or Ukraine on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media and content for brands, with a specialization in the iGaming industry.
Responsibilities
- Managing the brand’s social media accounts (2–4 platforms, including Instagram and Telegram).
- Participating in the development of the SMM strategy.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing task briefs.
- Creating and maintaining content plans.
- Developing creative engagement and retention mechanics for users.
- Planning content, content analysis, and monthly reporting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing social media and content for brands.
- Proven experience in the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of SMM analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in strategy creation and brand development in social media from scratch.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple social media pages simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI tools.
- Skills working with Figma / Photoshop.
- Experience using Jira, Slack, and Notion.
