About the Position
We are looking for an experienced SMM Manager to manage our company's social media presence, content creation, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities
- Management of company social media: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
- Development of content plans
- Writing texts for publications and adapting content to the specifics of each platform
- Independent creation of visuals for social media according to the company's brand book. Working with graphic editors.
- Photo and video shooting of content
- Editing videos for social media, creating Reels, Shorts, and TikTok videos
- Responding to messages in Direct and comments
- Primary processing of customer inquiries and transferring leads to responsible managers
- Analysis of content effectiveness, preparation of monthly reporting
- Formation of recommendations for improving audience reach and engagement indicators
Requirements
- SMM Manager experience of at least 3 years
- Practical experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Excellent copywriting skills in Ukrainian
- English language level B2 or higher
- Ukrainian language proficiency (native)
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools
- Experience in video editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar programs
- Photo and video shooting skills on a smartphone or camera
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content principles on different platforms
- Social media analytics skills
- Confident use of AI tools in daily work
- Experience in creating content for B2B or technology companies is a plus
