SMM-менеджер

About the Position

We are seeking a SMM-менеджер to manage our official recruitment center pages on social media, focusing on military-sensitive topics. The role involves daily and creative work, with a focus on statistics and the sensitivity of military themes.

Responsibilities

• Managing official pages of the recruitment center on Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and TikTok;
• Planning communication campaigns aimed at attracting candidates;
• Writing posts, captions for videos, and descriptions for Reels and carousels;
• Selecting and adapting visual content according to the design system;
• Moderating comments, responding to the audience, and developing the community;
• Tracking social media trends and adapting formats for military themes;
• Analyzing reach and engagement statistics, preparing reports.

Requirements

• Experience in managing commercial projects on social media for at least a year;
• Ability to write concisely, structured, and vividly;
• Understanding of visual storytelling and the specifics of each social network;
• Proficiency and fluency in Ukrainian;
• Understanding of the sensitivity of military themes and willingness to adhere to publication restrictions;
• Knowledge of English is a plus.

We Offer

• Contract service or through mobilization; for current military personnel - transfer;
• Monetary compensation from 50,000 UAH;
• Primarily office-based service;
• Material and food supplies, personal protective equipment;
• Annual main vacation and social guarantees according to legislation.
