About the Position

Smart Solutions is an international HR provider with offices in Europe and Central Asia, headquartered in Kyiv. With 15 years of experience, we have built a successful and well-known brand within the HR community. We are currently seeking an SMM Manager to join our team in Kyiv.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Create and implement an effective strategy for promoting the company's accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok, focusing on attracting new followers and engaging with them.
Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media according to the defined content plan, with an emphasis on increasing brand recognition.
Advertising Campaigns: Set up and monitor advertising campaigns, regularly evaluating their effectiveness and making adjustments to achieve optimal results.
Leadership and Support: Lead and assist local specialists in the development of social media in countries where the company operates: Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Poland.
Event Organization: Actively participate in organizing and promoting professional events held by the company to strengthen the brand.
Content Innovation: Implement new content formats, test different approaches and ideas to increase community engagement.
Collaboration: Work with other departments to integrate social media campaigns into the company's overall marketing strategy.
Idea Generation: Find new ideas to help the company stay relevant and maintain a high level of audience interaction.

Requirements

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in marketing, particularly in social media management.
Skills: Proficiency in using editing and design tools (CapCut, Figma) and artificial intelligence for process automation.
Advertising: Experience in setting up targeted advertising campaigns and evaluating their effectiveness is a plus.
Languages: Fluency in Ukrainian, proficiency in English for content creation using AI when necessary.
Proactivity: Proactive attitude and a desire for personal growth.
