We are looking for an SMM Manager!
Responsibilities
- Creation and implementation of an effective strategy for promoting the company's accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, focusing on attracting new followers and engaging with them.
- Management of the company's social media according to the defined content plan, with an emphasis on increasing brand recognition.
- Setting up and monitoring advertising campaigns, regularly evaluating their effectiveness and adjusting them to achieve optimal results.
- Leadership and assistance to local specialists in the development of social networks in countries where the company is present: Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Poland.
- Active participation in the organization and promotion of professional events held by the company to strengthen the brand.
- Implementation of new content formats, testing different approaches and ideas to increase community engagement.
- Collaboration with other departments to integrate social media campaigns into the company's overall marketing strategy.
- Search for new ideas that will help the company look relevant and maintain a high level of audience interaction.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing of at least 2 years, particularly in social media management.
- Skills in working with editing and design tools (CapCut, Figma) and artificial intelligence for process automation.
- Experience in setting up targeted advertising campaigns and the ability to evaluate their effectiveness is a plus.
- Fluency in Ukrainian, literacy, and knowledge of English for content creation using AI when necessary.
- Proactivity and a desire to develop.
