Це part-time & remote робота, яка оплачується погодинно.
Основна задача ролі - допомагати студентам ефективно і з задоволенням засвоювати матеріал у процесі навчання, щоб по закінченню курсу кожен зміг знайти своє найкраще місце роботи у сфері SMM.
Responsibilities
- Ознайомлення з контентом (теорією і практичними завданнями) та можливе покращення матеріалів
- Перевірка домашніх завдань студентів курсу
- Відповіді на питання студентів в чаті та на відео дзвінках
- Проведення пробних технічних інтерв’ю для студентів
- Пропонування ідей для вдосконалення нашого навчального процесу
- Якщо ти захочеш зростати на цій посаді - зможеш взяти на себе роль інтервʼюера нових менторів та їх онбординг
Requirements
- 1+ рік досвіду роботи як SMM-менеджер з можливістю продемонструвати успішні кейси у портфоліо
- Ти впевнено працюєш з Instagram, TikTok, та точно підхопиш роботу з Facebook, LinkedIn при необхідності
- У тебе класний відео- та фотоконтент (Reels, TikTok), який любить аудиторія
- Ти знаєш як аналізувати результати своєї роботи й оперуєш метриками ефективності
- Тобі подобається допомагати людям вирішувати проблеми
- Ти вмієш якісно планувати свій час та самостійно систематизувати власний графік
Nice to Have
- Досвід або розуміння, як працювати з такими інструментами, як InShot, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro
- Досвід менторства, навчання інших, або точно бажання в цьому розвиватися.
