SMM Specialist (Defense / FPV)

About the Position

3DTECH is a Ukrainian company that develops innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and national security. We specialize in the development and production of fiber-optic FPV drones and are actively growing and expanding our team. Our mission is to strengthen Ukraine’s technological advantage on the battlefield.

We are looking for an SMM Specialist who will help grow the brand’s social media presence, build trust in the product, and create a strong professional community around 3DTECH.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop company social media channels: Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Create content: posts, stories, videos, short formats (including technical and expert content)
• Participate in shaping content strategy and content plan
• Adapt technical information into clear and engaging formats
• Community management: comments, messages, interaction with FPV communities
• Collaborate with designer, marketer, R&D, and sales teams
• Analyze basic social media metrics (reach, engagement, audience growth)
• Support product launches, news, events, and exhibitions

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience as an SMM Specialist
• Understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Strong copywriting skills (clear, structured, engaging)
• Experience creating or coordinating video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
• Understanding of digital marketing
• Ability to work with social media analytics
• English at Intermediate level or higher

Nice to Have

• Interest in FPV drones / defense / technology
• Experience working with technical products
• Understanding of military or B2B/B2G context
• Experience with ad platforms (Meta / YouTube)
