SOC Analyst

About the Position

TemaBit Fozzy Group - an IT company that develops unique solutions for more than 40 businesses within the group. We specialize in web and mobile development, as well as software for business process management and infrastructure projects.

Currently, we are looking for a SOC Analyst to join our information security team.

Schedule – rotating, 24/7: 8-hour shifts (7:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–7:00), formed one month in advance, with two guaranteed weekends off each week. For onboarding (first ~3 months) – standard schedule 9:00–18:00, without night shifts, to comfortably integrate into the processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing events from infrastructure sources, detecting information security incidents and anomalies;
• Developing incident detection scenarios for monitoring and event correlation systems, optimizing current scenarios, analyzing abnormal activities to detect incidents;
• Participating in incident management – responding to atypical critical incidents, participating in the investigation of information security incidents;
• Improving incident management processes (informing those responsible for systems, launching response processes);
• Handling incidents related to spam and phishing campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in roles such as SOC, SIEM analyst, Information Security Analyst;
• Experience with SIEM systems (e.g., IBM Qradar SIEM, IBM Qradar SOAR);
• Experience in analyzing logs from various systems;
• Understanding of the main risks and attacks on the company;
• Experience in incident investigation (network forensics, memory forensics, host forensics);
• Experience in writing incident reports and creating IOCs based on incident analysis.

Nice to Have

• Developing SIEM correlation rules and knowledge of adversary TTPs;
• Experience with the ATT&CK matrix.
