About the Position
Social Creative Manager
We’re looking for a rare combination: a social-first creative who thinks like a producer, plans like a platform strategist, and moves confidently through a complex network of stakeholders.
You’ll own the creative development and production of TUI’s social content in the UK & Ireland and the wider TUI Group - from the first idea, through the edit, to the insight that shapes what we make next.
Our customers discover, dream about and plan their holidays on social. Formats, algorithms and audience behaviour change month to month, so this role needs someone who can turn a brief into scroll-stopping, platform-native content at pace, understand exactly why it performed (or didn’t), and bring a wide group of people with them - across UK Marketing, TUI Group, destination and brand partners, and our in-house creative and production teams.
If you’re as comfortable shaping a TikTok series as you are presenting to a Group brand creative review, and you thrive in an environment that evolves as fast as the platforms themselves, this is the role for you.
Location: Luton, United Kingdom
Type: Hybrid
Position: Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development and production of social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
- Develop concepts, series and content formats that inspire audiences throughout their holiday journey.
- Provide creative direction for social content production, partnering with designers, photographers and video specialists.
- Analyze performance and audience insights to refine creative approaches and improve engagement.
- Collaborate across UK Marketing, TUI Group, brand partners and commercial stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating social-first content for a consumer-facing brand.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest.
- Ability to communicate creative ideas to a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience working with content creators, designers, photographers, video editors or production teams.
- Proficiency in using social analytics and performance tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
We Offer
- Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.
- Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.
- A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.
- Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.
- Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.
