Why this role is important

Social media now plays a key role in shaping how brands are perceived. As a social content designer, you create content that is visually compelling, captures attention and is tailored to each platform. Your work ensures that brands are not only visible – but also remain relevant.

Responsibilities

Design of social media assets (posts, stories, Reels, adverts)
Contributing to the development of campaign ideas and content strategies
Implementation of visual concepts for various platforms
Collaboration with Strategy, Content and Project Management
Monitoring current social and design trends
Further development of templates and content formats

Requirements

2–3 years’ experience in social design or digital design
A portfolio of social media projects or digital campaigns
A keen understanding of platform mechanics and visual trends
Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
Very good German and good English
A structured approach to work and a desire to develop further

Crafts & Tools

You are confident in:

Design Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Design Systems Figma (Auto Layout, components, prototyping)
Basics of Motion After Effects or similar tools
AI tools Suggestions to support creative processes are welcome.
