About the Position

Social Media Content Specialist

Join our fast-growing business group as a Social Media Content Specialist, creating engaging content for a global audience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a social media content plan aligned with the global SMM strategy and marketing goals
Close working with local market features: localization of the content, filling the calendar of local events, celebrations, stop-topics etc.
Create content ideas, titles, captions (posts, memes, stories, reels) following our tone of voice
Prepare briefs and tasks for designers in Jira, ensuring visual and message alignment
Collaborate with the team on cross-geo campaigns and ensure localization for the market
Monitor trends, memes, football news & cultural events that matter for the audience
Conduct content analytics: track content performance, audience reactions, and engagement insights, be able to suggest hypotheses for improvement
Ensure quality and timing: relevant, engaging, visually strong, and on-brand

Requirements

1+ year of experience in SMM
2+ years in content creation: copywriting, news, memes, announcements, trends
Deep understanding of sport/football: teams, players, tournaments, context
You live inside the internet you know trends before they reach TikTok
Fluent in meme language (lvl 69 meme-archivist)
Solid understanding of visual aesthetics (composition, typography, color)
Good self-management skills: prioritization, focus, and discipline
Healthy impostor syndrome you question your work just enough to keep growing

Nice to Have

Experience in iGaming / betting / casino projects
Basic skills in photoshop / figma
Understanding and using AI tools

Soft Skills

Proactive team player who brings ideas, not just tasks
Open to feedback and constructive discussion
Positive, curious, and genuinely loves what they do
Sense of humor and emotional intelligence are must-haves
