We are looking for a Junior Social Media Manager who combines a creative approach with systematic content work.
Responsibilities
- Preparing texts for social media according to the tone of voice of brands.
- Searching for content ideas and visual references.
- Participating in the creation of content plans and rubricators.
- Communicating with designers and creators within current tasks.
- Managing brand pages and interacting with the audience.
- Participating in the preparation of reports.
- Monitoring trends and current content formats for social media.
Requirements
- Basic commercial experience in SMM or content marketing for 1+ year.
- Developed skills in working with texts and attention to content quality.
- Understanding of the specifics of Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and other social media.
- Interest in content marketing and the digital sphere.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and a desire to develop.
- Ability to work in a team and openness to feedback.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Experience working with TikTok content.
- Understanding of basic SMM analytics principles.
- Experience with visual references and content plans.
