About the Position
MixDigital, a systemic marketing agency founded in 2013, is looking for a Middle SMM Manager to join our marketing team in Kyiv or remotely. We combine strategy, data, creativity, media, and performance to achieve measurable results and help our clients' businesses grow.

Our portfolio includes over 3000 campaigns for 700+ clients, including Bosch, Puma, Renault, Jim Beam, Rozetka, Luxoft, and Uklon. We work on projects in over 35 countries worldwide.
Your Future Tasks
- Development of comprehensive SMM strategies.
- Creation of content for various social media platforms.
- Management of brand pages on social media and communication on their behalf.
- Collaboration with designers, creators, and other teams for brand development on social media.
- Preparation of analytical reports.
What We Expect from You
- SMM Manager experience of 1+ years.
- Experience in developing SMM strategies.
- High level of Ukrainian language proficiency.
- Skills in working with presentations and spreadsheets.
- Understanding of the modern advertising market, audience engagement mechanics, and trend tracking.
- Responsibility, proactivity, creativity, and the ability to generate and implement ideas.
- Copywriting skills.

- Experience working in an advertising agency.

- Flexible Work Format: Remote or in-office in Kyiv. Base working hours are from 10:00 to 19:00.
