Responsibilities

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Monthly planning of content that aligns with the strategy, working closely with content creators for production.
• Publishing content on various platforms.
• Actively managing the brand's social networks with dynamic and proactive community management.
• Constant trend research: identifying relevant trends for the brand and proposing content opportunities for quick execution.
• Analysis and reporting: participating in the creation of results reports, analyzing key KPIs, and proposing improvements with the rest of the team.
• Proposing creative content ideas for both ongoing content and campaign execution on different social media channels, especially X, IG, and TikTok.
• Organizational skills to manage content at different production speeds.
• Direct contact with clients and other agency areas involved in daily operations.
• Collaborative attitude within the Social Media department, driving initiatives and optimizations in the Social Content area.

Requirements

• Experience: 4 years in a similar role.
• Skills: Advanced knowledge of social media, experience in video creation for social media.
• Plus: Previous experience in an agency, managing brands with a significant consumer CM.

We Offer

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 with an hour for lunch, and Fridays from 09:00 to 15:00. During July and August, the schedule will be from 09:00 to 15:00.
• Location: Calle Ríos Rosas, 26, 28003 Madrid.
• Flexible start time.
• Permanent contract.
