Responsibilities

• Communication and Moderation: Actively responding to comments, messages, and mentions in the unique Tone of Voice of the brand (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Ceneo, Google Play).
• Community Building & RTM: Identifying viral topics and trends, proactively suggesting ideas for Real-Time Marketing (RTM) and engaging content.
• Brand Safety: Efficiently handling current reports, being alert to potential crises, and escalating topics quickly.
• Analytics and Media Monitoring: Tracking discussions around the brand and competition (Brand24, SentiOne, Meta Insights) and preparing conclusions and reports.
• Team Collaboration: Close work with strategy, creation, accounts, and the client in executing ongoing briefs and activations.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in managing social media channels and moderation (with a focus on TikTok and Instagram).
• Excellent knowledge of grammar, spelling, and language sense when working with various formats.
• Ability to look at comments and statistics with a broader perspective and a willingness to come up with your own initiatives and conclusions.

We Offer

• Salary: 6 333 zł-12 500 zł PLN
• Work Environment: Hybrid model (Plac Konesera)
• Team: Social Media & Community
• Schedule: Standard 4 days a week from 9:00 – 17:00 + 1 evening shift per week (15:00 – 22:00)
• Weekend Shifts: Paid additionally (Saturday / Sunday)
