About the Position
We are seeking a Social Media Planner (Mobile Apps) to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. This role involves managing media buying and user acquisition for mobile apps, with a focus on social media advertising, ASO, and DSP.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing clients and onboard new clients.
- Provide proactive consulting for key accounts, offering expert advice on media planning and strategy.
- Understand client needs and expectations, oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of client's performance across multiple platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and develop strategies for improved engagement in collaboration with the business development team and cross-department.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues by working with internal and client teams.
- Guide clients to maximize their ROI and upsell.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Media Buying and/or User Acquisition in mobile apps.
- Proven Media Planning experience.
- Deep expertise in advertising on Social media traffic (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, NewsBreak), ASO, DSP.
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $100K+ (either through direct media buying or proactive optimization).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of tracking implementation for mobile apps.
- Knowledge of MMP platforms: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular.
- Experience in client support, scaling strategies, and growth hacking.
- Comfortable with daily client communication, including online calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information.
- Strong organizational and structured approach to work, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proactive, goal-driven, and motivated to grow within client-facing roles.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as AppsFlyer, Meta Media Planner, or Media Buyer Professional.
Work Schedule
- Three time slots of working hours in the office: from 11:00 to 20:00, from 12:00 to 21:00, or from 13:00 to 22:00 (EEST Time Zone).
