- Lead social-first content creation, capturing event moments and directing designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality assets.
- Establish and grow community engagement while building strong relationships with local influencers, partners, creators and wellbeing communities.
- Execute impactful local activations, managing influencer collaborations and social coverage for key product launches and brand events.
- Ensure continuous content optimization by tracking analytics, social listening, and preparing actionable performance reports for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global marketing stakeholders to adapt campaigns to local cultural contexts and share best practices across regions.
- Roll up your sleeves and help when needed.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

- At least 4+ years of experience in social media management and execution.
- Extensive experience developing and executing end-to-end local social media strategies across key platforms.
- Expertise in storytelling with solid in-depth knowledge of short-form video production, copywriting, and leveraging current platform trends and best practices.
- Skilled relationship-builder with prior work experience managing influencer and creator collaborations from brief to execution.
- Data-minded strategist with the ability to utilize social media management, listening, and analytics tools to translate performance insights into action.
- Organized project owner with the eagerness to embrace a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities both independently and cross-functionally.
- Fluent in German and English. Additional language skills are considered a plus.
