We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist for our rapidly growing Trevolution unit project with over 2 million visitors per month, represented in the USA, Canada, and other markets.

A suitable candidate will need experience in social media marketing, enthusiasm for the travel industry, and a creative mindset. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase our brand recognition, improve audience engagement, and attract visitors to our website.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies and campaigns in line with company goals and target audience;
  • Create and monitor engaging content on multiple social media platforms that aligns with our audience's interests;
  • Track and analyze social media metrics, assessing campaign effectiveness and optimizing strategies to improve reach and increase audience engagement;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, communication, and coordination of activities across all channels;
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance;
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, audience engagement, and conversions;
  • Interact with our social media audience and respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred;
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing;
  • Experience in managing social media campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Creative mindset and ability to develop engaging content;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making;
  • Self-motivation, ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.

We do not want to set any limits, as much will depend on your position and previous experience. But speaking of numbers, the monthly salary for this position is from 1800 to 2000 EUR before tax.
