About the Role
With our self-developed venabo-Software, companies digitize their time, personnel, and service processes. Our clients use it to record and process work, project, and performance times, manage applications and approvals, organize tickets, processes, and projects. As a Software Consultant, you will understand our clients' requirements, develop suitable solutions, and support them from implementation to continuous development.
Responsibilities
- You will advise our clients on the implementation of the venabo-Software and support their projects from requirements gathering through conception, configuration, to successful commissioning.
- You will analyze time, personnel, and service processes and model working time models, performance times, approvals, tickets, projects, and evaluations appropriately in the software.
- You will conduct training sessions and enable our clients to use the venabo-Software safely and effectively.
- You will support our clients even after implementation, identify optimization potentials, and incorporate their experiences and requirements into the further development of our software.
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial or IT-related education or degree, e.g., in digitalization management, IT system management, as an IT specialist, or in business informatics.
- You have experience in software consulting, implementing business software, or project management. Alternatively, you have been responsible as a key user for a time or performance tracking software and have gathered requirements, tested functions, and conducted training.
- You understand business processes and enjoy developing suitable digital solutions with clients.
- You can gather requirements in a structured manner, translate them into software processes, and convey complex relationships comprehensibly and target group-appropriately.
- You have basic knowledge of MS SQL or object-oriented programming or are motivated to learn these topics.
- You think analytically, work independently, and are happy to take responsibility for your clients and projects.
