We’re growing and looking to hire a Software Data Platform Team Leader who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of talented developers, driving the core of our product throughout its development lifecycle to deliver reliable, low-latency insights and ML-driven capabilities at massive scale.
  • Ensure technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and on-time delivery in an agile environment.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, development teams, and other stakeholders to transform ideas into real customer value.
  • Actively participate in the R&D Leadership Forum, contributing to discussions that shape the future of our product.
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and career development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven track record in leading R&D teams (Must)
  • 5+ years of a strong track record in backend/full-stack development (Must)
  • Proven ability to build and scale large-scale applications (Must)
  • Strong expertise in both architecture and implementation of high-scale systems (Must)
  • Experience with big data technologies at scale: Spark, Kafka, data lakes/lakehouses, and workflow orchestration (Must)
  • Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), data modeling, partitioning, indexing, and performance tuning (Must)
  • Experience with MLOps concepts and tooling (Advantage)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English level (Must)
