Software Developer

About the Position

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Platform Development team in Göteborg, Sweden. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our EP5G Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) team, which is responsible for developing and maintaining the EP5G Network Controller solution. Responsibilities

As a Software Developer, you will:

• Develop and integrate components within a complete end-to-end Company network with a focus on EP5G Customer Premises Equipment.
• Develop and deliver features requested by our communication service providers and enterprise customers.
• Develop and drive test automation for developed solutions, supporting our Continuous Integration approach.
• Be involved in and drive continuous analysis and requirement handling.
• Drive continuous improvements of products and processes within the team and organization.

Requirements

A successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Interest and experience in:
  • Networking (VxLAN, IPSec, BGP, routing, network protocols, etc.)
  • Container Orchestration tools (Kubernetes, K3S)
  • Docker
  • Linux/Unix
  • Configuration management and orchestration tools such as Salt Stack
  • Test automation and scripting using Python
  • Version control tools (Git, Gitlab, etc.)
• Very good networking, collaboration, and interpersonal skills in English, both written and oral.
• A talent for innovation and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within the field of Cloud/NW/Routing is highly preferred.
