About the Job

Software Developers handle the full technical lifecycle-from analysis and development to support-while collaborating with Business Analysts who manage customer requirements. The team also supports Odoo partners directly, making strong English communication skills essential. We value collaboration, adaptability, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to existing customers regarding bugs or system errors
Maintain and refactor existing code and customisations

Work on R&D projects aimed at localising Odoo for the ANZ market

About You

Must Have

Permanent working rights in Australia
Knowledge of several programming languages
Object-oriented programming language
Experience with relational databases
Problem-solving skills
Strong passion for software development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Quick & autonomous learner

Nice to Have

Contribution to Open Source projects
Bachelor or Master Degree (The diploma is not the most important)
Python, JavaScript, XML, CSS (We don't expect you to master our technologies but a strong foundation in any programming language is required)
Experience working with Unix/Linux systems
