What You Can Achieve with Us

• As part of an agile project team, you will advise our clients on the conception and implementation of infrastructure solutions – from analysis to rollout.
• You feel equally at home in the fields of Infrastructure Engineering and Software Development and are excited to bring both perspectives into the team.
• You develop infrastructure-related tools, e.g., in the Kubernetes ecosystem, according to the individual requirements of your project or build applications for cloud environments in a cross-functional team.
• You bring expertise in quality-driven software development to your team and ensure continuous control and further development with the help of automated testing procedures.
• In the team, you pursue the common goal of developing the best possible solutions for the customer's needs. You think beyond technical boundaries and project phases and take joint responsibility.

In our projects, we frequently use the following technologies:

• Go, Python, Bash
• Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, GKE, K3s, KubeEdge
• Terraform, Ansible
• AWS, Azure, GCP
• CI/CD Tools (Gitlab, ArgoCD, GitHub, AzureDevOps)
• Distributed Storage, LoadBalancing

Internally and externally, you can contribute in many ways: You can change your initially chosen technological focus at any time. As an experienced developer, you also have the opportunity to support younger colleagues through mentoring.

Job Requirements

Who Would Fit Well with Us

Whether you have completed a degree or vocational training in the IT sector is irrelevant to us – what matters are your technical skills and your personality:

• Ideally, you already have practical experience and knowledge in several of the technologies mentioned above.
• You have the ambition to familiarize yourself with new technologies and evaluate them in relation to project use. You are happy to share your knowledge with your colleagues.
• You can prioritize well and have a sense for the right balance between pragmatism and perfectionism.
• You can convey complex technical relationships to non-technical contacts. It is important to you to gain a deep understanding of the perspectives of your project colleagues and customers.
• Very good German skills are a prerequisite (at least level C1), good English skills round off your profile.
