Software Developer - Tieto Banktech, Payments (m/f/d)

About the Position

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our dedicated Payment Development team at Tieto Banktech in Fornebu, Norway.

Join us in mastering the Norwegian Payment landscape. Tieto Banktech offers a comprehensive range of end-to-end Payment and Cash Management solutions designed for over 100 banks. Our solutions include services that we all use daily, such as paying your bills, making instant payment from your phone, receiving your salary, and purchasing a pastry at your favorite café.

As a System developer, you join an agile development team of business analysts, developers, testers, and architects. As a team, you are responsible for developing and delivering payment services.

Responsibilities

• Develop great software products with end-to-end responsibility using agile methodologies.
• Participate in several projects simultaneously, requiring the ability to collaborate and prioritize.
• Contribute to developing payment and cash management technology and software in the Nordics.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field, combined with several years of work experience in agile software development, tools, and deployment.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Java Development.
• Fluent language skills in Norwegian (at least B2) and English, verbally and written.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer value by having an interest in the details as well as the context-solving customer challenges by applying customer business logic into our deliveries.
• Proven track record of delivering results with quality and flexibility as circumstances change.
• Knowledge of, or experience with payment and/or cash management solutions.
