- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to accelerate development and delivery
- Participate in an on-call rotation (~once per quarter) supporting production systems
Requirements

- Proven experience building or contributing to 0→1 products or major feature launches
- Experience working on cross-domain systems with many upstream/downstream dependencies
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, execution-focused environments with tight timelines
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, risk systems, or transactional platforms
- Demonstrated ability to improve system scalability, reliability, and operational performance
- Full-stack capability (backend-heavy) with the ability to contribute to frontend when needed
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a business and customer impact orientation
We Offer
- Competitive salary range: $119,000.00 to $166,500.00
- Potential to increase pay up to $190,500.00 based on performance
